Step 1:
Your Quote
First, fill out our detailed questionnaire, providing us with all the specifications and preferences for your novel’s interior design. This questionnaire serves as a crucial tool for us to understand your vision and the desired ambiance you want to create in your book. Clients are encouraged to express their unique style, themes, and tone of the book, as well as any specific font preferences, character art to be used, and other design elements they envision.
Step 2:
Your Price
After our clients have thoroughly reviewed the quote we provide for their novel, we highly recommend that they take the time to finalize all aspects of their manuscript, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling. This step is crucial to ensure that their novel is polished and ready for publication. Once they are satisfied with the content and language of their manuscript, we request that they make a payment of half the quoted amount. Additionally, our clients will have the option to select a date for us to begin the interior design process, where we will work on formatting, layout, and other elements to bring their novel to life visually.
Step 3:
Your Sample
Once our clients have selected a date for us to begin the interior design process of their novel, shortly after they will receive a sample of the design for their review. This sample will showcase the fonts, font size, typesetting, and any visual artwork they have supplied to us. Our clients will have the opportunity to carefully inspect the sample and provide their input on any changes they would like to see. We value our clients’ feedback and take it into consideration to ensure that the interior design aligns with their creative vision. Our skilled designer will work closely with you to implement any necessary changes, making sure that every aspect of the design meets your satisfaction.
Step 4:
Your Second Sample
After incorporating our clients’ feedback and making necessary adjustments, we will provide them with a second sample of their interior design for approval. This step is crucial, as it allows our clients to thoroughly review and acknowledge that they love the look and feel of their novel’s interior design. Our team pays meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all elements, from fonts to typesetting, align with our clients’ vision. We want our clients to be completely satisfied with the visual presentation of their novel. Once they have given their final approval, we will move forward with the production process, confident that the interior design captures the essence of their story and enhances the reader’s experience.
Step 5:
The Final Approval & Delievery
Upon receiving final approval of the interior design from our clients, we kindly request that they complete the payment of the remaining balance. Once the payment is received, we will promptly provide them with the print-ready files for their novel. However, we also emphasize the importance of printing a proof copy before proceeding with a large print run. This step allows our clients to physically review the interior design and ensure that they are truly happy with the result. We encourage our clients to thoroughly inspect the proof copy and let us know if there are any issues with the format or if additional corrections are needed. Our team is committed to delivering the highest quality product, and we value our clients’ feedback in ensuring their complete satisfaction. By printing a proof copy, our clients have the opportunity to make any final adjustments and have full confidence in the final result of their novel’s interior design.
