We are pleased to inform you that we accept PayPal as our payment method, making it convenient and secure for you to make payments. Upon acceptance of our quote, we require a 50% down payment to initiate the project. Once the down payment is received, we will reserve a start date for your project based on our availability and your preferred timeline. When the final files are delivered is when the client is to pay the remaining balance.

Typically, the completion timeline for a book interior format is approximately one week, though we strive to deliver sooner whenever possible.

As part of our book interior design process, we utilize carefully selected stock images to create visually appealing and professionally designed book layouts. If you have specific images made for your book, its important to supply them with your manuscript. 

Please note that our book formatting services do not include proofreading or editing. We recommend that you ensure your manuscript has been thoroughly proofread and edited prior to submitting it for formatting to ensure the best results.

To include images in your book interior, kindly provide us with high-resolution image files in a digital format, such as JPEG or PNG, via email or file sharing service.

As part of our book formatting services, we can provide you with a copyright page template that you can easily customize with your own information, including authorship, publication details, and copyright statements, to ensure compliance with intellectual property laws.

Upon request, we are happy to provide detailed instructions to our clients on how to set up their book files and input the information correctly on print-on-demand websites, ensuring a smooth and successful publishing process.

For your peace of mind, we securely archive our clients’ book files for a period of 2 years, providing a reliable backup in case of file loss or the need for file resending, ensuring your valuable work is protected and accessible when needed.
